Ireland's Farm Machinery was set up by Jonathan & Fiona Ireland in August 1994, and has since become a limited company. The Machinery Register was originally sent out to a customer base of just over 1,000 farmers and has since grown to 2,500, most of whom are in Lincolnshire.

The majority of the items for sale are in Lincolnshire and have therefore come off arable units, most of them having been carefully looked after and very well maintained. This Register has proved to be a very successful system, and with many farms changing their farming policies over the past few years, it has meant that farmers have been able to release much needed funds otherwise tied up in redundant farm machinery & equipment.

Our content management system meant that the Irelands could easily update their website with hundreds of items of stock, which are ever-changing.  We are told that the time saved by sending enquirers to the website to view images has itself paid for the website.

Our working relationship with the Irelands has continued, and not only have we designed and subsequently administered their Apple computer network but we have developed from scratch a stock control system to keep them on top of their cash flow.
